The prices are per person,
per day
Innovative
system of full or half pension that allows to have lunch or to have
dinner (daily choice) in three different restaurants: in the masseria,
in the historical centre of Ostuni, directly on the beach.
CHARGE
AND REDUCTION: single room € 15,00 period A/B;
children in the same room with parents: 0/3 years free (to pay just
meal), children 3/8 years 30% reduction, children 8/12 years 20%
reduction, additional bed for adults 10% reduction. Pets are allowed
(no charge).
SPECIAL OFFERS: Family Vacans 4=3
(all in the same room: 1 person free, no limit age) period A/B/C;
Wadding Vacans: 10% reduction period A/B/C; Grand Parents Vacans
(valid for people over 60) 10% reduction period A/B/C; Special Long
Stay: for stay minimum 14 days, 2 days are free (you pay just for
12 days!) period A/B– 10% reduction on the second week of
stay period C.
SERVICES INCLUDED: All rooms have privated bathroom
(en-suite), heating/air conditioned, mini bar, Sat colour TV, hair
dryer. Daily room service with change of bath-linen,hotel service
provides 24 hours reception and bar, TV room with foreign channels,
car parking, garden with tables and chairs, solarium, buffet breakfast
from 8 to 12, free shuttle service to go and come back from the
beach every day (we give directly to our guestes chairs and umbrella),
free shuttle service for to go and come back from the historical
centre of Ostuni (when you want asking to the reception), sometimes
in the evening piano bar with live music, welcome cocktail with
live music (Gaetano and his trumpet), from june to september show
with folkloristic group (music and dance of Apulia).

for reservation cancelled over to 15 days before the arrival: 30% charged of the total amount of the reserved nights
for reservation cancelled from 14 days to 3 days before the arrival: 50% charged of the total amount of the reserved nights
for reservation cancelled from 2 days before the arrival,: 100% charged of the total amount of the reserved nights
Missed arrival: 100% charged of the total amount of the reserved nights
